			<description><![CDATA[ According to studies, one of the basic concepts taught in marketing course is the Place. While this may  not matter people working virtually but it's critical for restuarants, retailers and other businesses. Where to locate a business is a crucial decision because this will have an important impact on profits. Typically businesses will seek locations that maximise revenues and minimise costs. Convenience is the one thing to consider - Is it easy to find? Is parking close by? Consider your clients. Again, thank you for sharing some great ideas michael. :-) ]]></description>

critical to success. The criteria will probably be weighted. If the franchisor has multiple units operating, this should be an integral part of his toolkit.

However, its mere existence does not necessarily mean that it&#39;s any good!

The first thing that you should ask for is to see the Checklist so that you can determine whether one exists.
<br>
If it does, you should determine whether your location has been selected using information that is relevant to the items on the checklist.
